Q: Shipping Policy?
A: Weekends and Holidays should not be counted when calculating shipping time. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information.
Q: WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE / RETURN PERIOD?
A: If your order isn't what you ordered, you have 30 days to return but hair can not be opened or used!
A: NO REFUNDS!
